Brownie Chocolate Cake Recipe
A delicious brownie chocolate cake recipe with icing.
1 1/2 cups pastry flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk (more if needed)
Preheat over to 350f. lightly oil 9x9 inch baking pan
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, in a mixing bowl and stir together.
Make a well in the center and pour in the yogurt, oil, vanilla, and milk to make a smooth and slightly stiff batter. Stir until completely mixed, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until the sides of the cake begin to pull away from the pan, and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool in the pan until just warm,
To make the frosting combine icing sugar with milk, mix well. (add more milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed)
drizzle Brownie cake with icing.
