Crab Legs Recipe

An easy way to cook crab legs.
1/2 cup butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium saucepan, melt the butter then saute garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Add lemon juice, olive oil and parsley.
Arrange crab legs in a large baking dish.
Brush each leg with the sauce and then pour any remaining sauce over top.
Bake in center rack of oven for approximately 25 minutes, brushing the legs with sauce every 5 minutes.
