In a saucepan combine the honey and water.

Heat to medium, stir until honey dissolves into the water.

Cool.

Fruits *NOTE: If you find the fruits are already sweet enough you do not need to add the syrup.

Puree the strawberries in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons of the syrup. Taste. Add more syrup if you do not find sweet enough.

Pour strawberry puree into bottom thirds. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Puree mango in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons or syrup.

Taste. Add more syrup if you do not find sweet enough.

Pour mango puree into middle section.

If using wooden sticks place them now. Put plastic wrap on each popsicle and poke the wooden stick into the middle. The plastic wrap will hold the stick in place.

Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Puree kiwi in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons or syrup.

Taste. Add more syrup if you do not find sweet enough.

Pour mango puree into top third. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm before eating.

To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the plastic holder and pull out while holding onto the stick.
