Kiwi Mint Smoothie Recipe
This kiwi mint smoothie is so tasty and easy to make. It uses tasty healthy ingredients and is good for those that are lactose intolerant as well.
1 ripe fresh kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup frozen mango pieces
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped mint
1 cup cold organic coconut milk
1 teaspoon natural honey
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
*Optional Mint leaves to garnish
*Optional Whipped coconut milk
*Optional 1 teaspoon grated organic dark chocolate
(Makes one smoothie)
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Transfer to a glass that has been chilled in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Garnish with a mint leaf, whipped coconut milk, and grated chocolate.
