Seafood Stew Recipe

A very flavorful recipe for seafood stew, This is great served with buns or bread for soaking up the broth.
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cans(16 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 cup clam juice
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 lb cod fillets, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
24 mussels, well scrubbed
In a large pot over medium high heat add oil, garlic and onion cook 2-3 minutes stirring often.
Add in the tomatoes, wine and clam juice bring to a boil and mix in the mussels, cod and prawns.
Cover the sauce pot. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the cod flakes easily with a fork and the mussles are open. Discard any unopened mussles.
